Very nice hotel, there is a swimming pool and a gym. In the lobby you can drink coffee with a view of a quiet street. It was especially nice for me because the weather was rainy. The room was comfortable and clean. For breakfast there were: oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, fruit, boiled eggs, omelette, toast with cheese and ham, bagels, cereal bars. My children and husband were full and happy. Also the hotel location is great, it took about 15 minutes to walk to the Christmas tree at a slow pace with children. And about 10 minutes by taxi to the Cowtown Coliseum.

Check in was a breeze and they let us check in early due to our concert start time. The staff was very friendly both days. The rooms were clean and comfortable, especially the bed! I loved the shower, great water pressure and hot water throughout! The breakfast was fairly standard but there was plenty of food and the seating was both fun and comfy. I would totally stay here every time I'm in town for a concert or event!

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. I was there for a conference and it was only 5min away from the conference. Very convenient location. Lots of food places around! The general manager Mitzi I think is her name was very welcoming :)! The front staff that checked me in provided exceptional customer service!! Very kind and welcoming! I really enjoyed my stay!!

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is minimal yet clean. My kiddo had surgery, and we recovered at the hotel. He even had an accident due to the medicine from after the surgery. It was mid evening, and they sent housekeeping almost immediately after requesting. She remade the entire bed and was so kind. I wish I got the housekeepers name.

We really enjoyed our stay. Area felt safe, the hotel is new and offers free parking. The rooms are clean and modern. We were really surprised of the breakfast selection as we didn‘t expect much, however they offer bagels, cereal, joghurt, fresh fruits etc. Also coffee and tea is available the whole day. We would definitely stay here again.
